Wildflower & Grace Boutique 🌸Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our boutique operates on a custom-order basis, all sales are final, with limited exceptions for size exchanges.

Size Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
• Size exchanges are available only when our wholesale supplier accepts the return and the requested size is available.
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.
• If an exchange cannot be accommodated, refunds are not available for sizing issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue and make it right.

This policy does not limit any rights customers have under applicable law.
